- Description
- A wheeled trolley bars the service entrance; a handwritten sheet says arrivals knock here. Inside, people sit at the edges of a battery lantern's light in the waiting hall, and June's clipboard tracks names, routes and closed gates. Six staff hold two doors.
- Status
- The café tap is tank-fed and the pump has stopped; water is carried through the rear court from the flats. The late ferry stands off the berth, signalling with a lamp. A hound has starred one pane of the glass front.
